Chef Jason Warichak started his culinary career working at Ellen's Prestige Catering in Waukesha, WI at the time one of the best catering company's in Wisconsin. Working his way from dishwasher to heading his own catering parties and everywhere in-between. Chef Warichak has cooked for ex Governor Tommy Thompson's daughter wedding at the Governors Mansion in Madison, the national governor's convention at the Maier festival grounds in Milwaukee and catered a lunch-in for Hillary Clinton.

After leaving Ellen's to go to culinary school, Chef Warichak took a position at the Bradley center in their upscale catering department cooking for the Bucks, Admirals, Wave and all in-house special events.

After leaving the Bradley center Jason took a position at the former Boulevard Inn and was with them until they sold to the Bartalotta restaurant group which turned the restaurant into Bacchus.

Jason was also executive chef at Pier 347 until joining the SURG Restaurant Group and training to open the Brookfield location of Charro with Executive chef Dominic Zumpano in Sept. of 09.
